About Mr. Pronto

Mission statement: "To provide the highest quality craftsmanship and best customer service
possible every day, with every customer, and with every repair job we get. To revolutionize the shoe repair industry in India”

Mr. Pronto was inspired by the success and rapid expansion of both Mr.Minit from Europe and Mr. Quickie from the Philippines. This has started as an MBM- Venture Management Research Report for the Asian Institute of Management for Abhishek Dhingra who is the General Manager- Operations of Mr. Pronto.
